Every Roho Jewels order ships free from Toronto, Canada, tracked and insured. Here is what to expect, from dispatch to delivery, and how returns work.
Free insured shipping
- Free shipping on every order, to Canada and worldwide.
- Tracked: you get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- Insured: higher-value pieces are insured to their declared value and need a signature on delivery.
Processing times
- Ready-to-ship pieces ship the next business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 11 AM Toronto time usually ship the same day.
- Made-to-order and pre-order pieces ship when they are finished. The time is shown on each product page.
Ordering for Christmas? Order by November 30 for international delivery, December 10 for the USA and December 14 within Canada.
Duties and import taxes
- Canada: orders ship within Canada, so there are no customs duties.
- United States: free insured shipping. For US orders, any duties or import taxes are collected by the carrier on delivery and paid by the buyer.
- Other countries: import duties or taxes may apply on delivery and are paid by the buyer. They are set by your country's customs office and are not included in our prices.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Holiday orders placed from November 1 to December 31 can be returned until January 31.
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Loose stones come back with any lab report or certificate that came with them, and matched pairs come back together.
- The buyer pays return postage. Please ship returns tracked and insured.
- We don't offer exchanges: return the original for a refund and place a new order.
How to start a return
- Contact us or email rohojewelstoronto@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll send you the return address and instructions, usually within a few hours.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm, and the refund goes back to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
