At Roho Jewels, everything begins with the stone. Not the metal, not the setting: the stone, its colour and its story. I hand-select every natural gemstone in our Toronto studio, because a genuine coloured gemstone is one of the most beautiful things a person can wear, and you shouldn't have to settle for imitations or low-grade stones sold as gems.
Why we started
Since 2018, Roho Jewels has helped jewelry lovers own real fine jewelry without the traditional luxury markup. We saw two problems. Rising gold prices were pushing gemstone jewelry out of reach, often making a piece many times more expensive because of the metal alone. And most "affordable" silver jewelry used low-grade or lab-created stones with little lasting value. So we bridged the gap: natural coloured gemstones, set in solid 925 sterling silver with thick gold plating or in solid 18K gold, so you pay for the stone and the craftsmanship, not a gold markup.

Honest descriptions
Every product page tells you exactly what you're buying: the gemstone, its origin where known, its weight and measurements, and any treatment. Sapphires and rubies are standard heat unless the page says no heat, and emeralds are minor oil unless it says no oil. When a stone is untreated, we say so clearly, and if an independent lab finds a treatment we didn't disclose, you get a full refund.
