Are your gemstones natural?
Yes. Every gemstone we sell is natural and earth-mined unless the product page clearly says lab-grown (for example, our IGI-certified lab-grown diamond, or lab-grown diamond accents in some silver pieces). Every natural gemstone comes with our lifetime guarantee that it is genuine, or your money back.
Are your gemstones treated?
We always tell you. Sapphires and rubies are standard heat unless the product page says no heat, and emeralds are minor oil unless it says no oil. When a stone is untreated, the product page says so clearly, and if an independent lab finds a treatment we didn't disclose, you get a full refund.
Does my gemstone come with a certificate?
If a lab certificate is included, the product page says so and shows it. For other stones, independent gemological testing and certification can be arranged on request. Please contact us before ordering.
How fast do you ship? Will it arrive before Christmas?
Orders placed before 11 AM Toronto time (Monday to Friday) usually ship the same day, and every other order ships the next business day from Toronto, Canada, with free worldwide shipping and tracking. For delivery before Christmas, please order by November 30 for international addresses, December 10 for the USA and December 14 within Canada. If you have a deadline, contact us and we'll help.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by your country's customs office, are not included in our prices, and are the buyer's responsibility. We're not responsible for customs-related delays.
Is your jewelry nickel-free and hypoallergenic?
Yes. All Roho jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic. Our solid 18K gold alloys (yellow, white and rose) are nickel-free, and our 925 sterling silver pieces are nickel-free with nickel-free gold plating or white rhodium. Nickel is the most common cause of metal allergies, so our jewelry is gentle on sensitive skin and comfortable to wear every day.
Is your gold jewelry solid gold or plated?
Both, and every product page says which. Our 18K pieces are solid 18K gold in yellow, white or rose gold. Our silver pieces are solid 925 sterling silver with thick yellow or rose gold plating, or white rhodium. To keep plating looking its best, take it off before swimming or showering and put it on after lotion and perfume.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and condition, and the buyer pays return postage. We don't offer exchanges, so if you'd like a different piece, return the original for a refund and place a new order. See our full return and refund policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Every order arrives in gift-ready packaging. If you'd like a gift note included, contact us with your order number and message.
Do you have stones for Jyotish (Vedic astrology)?
Yes. Many of our sapphires, including untreated Ceylon yellow sapphires (Pukhraj) and blue sapphires (Neelam), are popular for Jyotish. We describe every treatment clearly. Some practitioners prefer unheated stones, so please consult a qualified Jyotish practitioner before choosing.
Do you make custom or personalised orders?
We don't make custom or personalised pieces. Some products offer options, such as metal colour or size, which you can choose before adding to your cart.
