Here is how our offers work. If anything is unclear, contact us and we'll help.
Welcome offer: $20 off your first order
- Join the Roho Jewels list and we'll email you a welcome code for $20 off your first order.
- The $20 is taken off your order total before taxes, in Canadian dollars.
- One use per customer, on your first order at rohojewels.com.
- Subscribers also get first access to new releases and limited drops.
Thank-you card offer: 12% off your next order
- The thank-you card in your package carries code THANKYOU12 for 12% off your next purchase.
- One-time use: each customer can use it once, on a single future order.
- Valid at rohojewels.com (enter it at checkout) or in our Etsy shop, RohoJewelsToronto (enter it at Etsy checkout).
- It can't be applied to the order the card came with or to past orders.
Share the love: 10% off for a friend
- Pass code FRIEND10 to a friend for 10% off their first order.
- One use per customer. It can't be used together with the welcome code, since only one code applies per order.
Terms that apply to every offer
- One discount code per order. Codes can't be combined with each other or with other promotions.
- Discounts apply to the item price, before taxes. Shipping is already free worldwide.
- Codes have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash or credit, and don't apply to gift cards.
- If you return an item from a discounted order, the refund is the amount you actually paid.
- Codes are for personal use. We may cancel orders that use a code obtained or shared in breach of these terms.
- We may change or end an offer at any time. Codes already issued will be honoured as described when you received them.
- Our terms of service and refund policy also apply.
