Shipping policy

Free insured shipping

Every order ships free from Toronto, Canada, to Canada and worldwide, tracked and insured.

Processing time

Ready-to-ship pieces ship the next business day (Monday to Friday) from our studio in Toronto, Canada. Orders placed before 11 AM Toronto time usually ship the same day. Made-to-order pieces ship once they are finished; the production time is shown on each product page.

High-value orders

Higher-value pieces are fully insured to their declared value and need a signature on delivery.

Duties and import taxes

United States: For US orders, any duties or import taxes are collected by the carrier on delivery and paid by the buyer.

Other countries outside Canada: Import duties or taxes may apply on delivery and are paid by the buyer. They are set by your country's customs office and are not included in our prices.
