Do you sell no-heat sapphires and rubies?
Yes, when we have them. Our unheated and untreated stones are listed separately, and the treatment of every stone is stated in writing.
Are your gemstones certified?
Many of our stones have GIA or AGL reports, and the report ships with the stone. Every stone, certified or not, comes with written treatment disclosure.
Can I buy loose gemstones without a trade account?
Yes. Our loose gemstones are available at retail prices to anyone in Canada and worldwide.
What does memo mean?
Memo means we send stones on approval so you can show them to a client before you buy. We consider memo case by case for established trade accounts.
