Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases from Roho Jewels at rohojewels.com. Roho Jewels is a trade name of Triunfo Trading Corp, 3 Mitchell Avenue, Toronto, ON M6J 1C1, Canada (business registration number 002720327). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and descriptions
- Every gemstone we sell is natural and earth-mined unless the product page clearly says lab-grown.
- Each product page states the gemstone, its measurements and any treatment. Sapphires and rubies are standard heat unless the page says no heat, and emeralds are minor oil unless it says no oil.
- A lab certificate is included only when the product page says so. Independent testing can be arranged on request before you order.
- Ring and pendant illustrations are a guide only. Loose stones are sold without a setting unless the page says otherwise.
- We photograph the actual piece wherever possible. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
Stone Drops and one-of-a-kind pieces
Most of our gemstones are one of a kind. During a Stone Drop, items are sold on a first-come basis, and adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Email subscribers get early access, which is a preview, not a guarantee that an item will be available.
Custom orders
We can set our loose gemstones in a custom piece for you. Message us for a free 15-minute stone consultation; the price, design and timing are agreed in writing before work begins. Where a product offers options, such as metal colour or size, choose them before adding the item to your cart.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless you choose another currency. Payment is taken securely at checkout, and we never see or store your card details.
Pricing and errors
We check every listing carefully. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price or with a wrong description, we may cancel the order and refund it in full before it ships, and we'll tell you why.
Shipping, customs and duties
Orders ship the next business day from Toronto, Canada, with free tracked worldwide shipping. For US orders, any duties or import taxes are collected by the carrier on delivery and paid by the buyer. Orders to other countries outside Canada may also be charged import duties or taxes on delivery, paid by the buyer. We're not responsible for customs-related delays. See our shipping policy.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging and condition, and the buyer pays return postage. Orders placed from November 1 to December 31 can be returned until January 31. We don't offer exchanges. See our return and refund policy.
Our guarantee
We guarantee for life that your gemstones are natural and genuine (or clearly labelled lab-grown) and that 18K gold pieces are solid 18K gold, or your money back. For stones sold as unheated or untreated, if an independent gem lab finds any treatment, you get a full refund.
Jyotish and wellbeing
Any traditional or astrological associations we mention are for information only and are not guarantees of any effect. Please consult a qualified Jyotish practitioner before choosing a stone for that purpose.
Care
To keep gold plating looking its best, remove plated jewelry before swimming or showering, and put it on after lotion and perfume.
Privacy and email
We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy. We only send marketing emails to people who have signed up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Language
We may provide these terms in other languages for convenience. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
