The Virgo coin is a double-sided 16.9 mm pendant in solid 925 sterling silver. The front carries the Virgo figure in relief, the name in polished capitals and the ♍ glyph set in lab-grown diamonds. Turn it over and you find the constellation of Virgo as it sits in the sky, its stars flush-set in lab-grown CVD diamonds. One star is different: Spica, the brightest, holds the Virgo birthstone: one natural blue sapphire.
