What Comes With Every Order

Here is what comes with an order from Roho Jewels right now, and how it works. If anything is unclear, contact us and we'll help.

Free gift wrap and a handwritten card

  • Every order is gift-wrapped free and comes with a handwritten card.
  • Add your message in the cart note or at checkout, and we'll write it for you. If you don't see a place for it, just reply to your order confirmation email with your message.

Free faster shipping on orders over CA$500

  • Shipping is free worldwide on every order, and every order ships the next business day from Toronto.
  • On orders over CA$500, we upgrade you to a faster shipping service at no charge.

Holiday returns until January 31

  • Orders placed from November 1 to December 31 can be returned until January 31, so gifts are safe to buy early.
  • All other returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The usual conditions in our refund policy apply.

Our email list: $20 off your first order, the free gem guide and new stones first

  • Join our email list and get $20 off your first order of CA$250 or more, the free Roho gem guide (how to judge colour, treatments and lab reports), plus each monthly Stone Drop 24 hours before it goes on the site, rare finds and your birthstone first. About two emails a month.
  • The $20 code is sent in your welcome email. It's for one use per customer on a first order of CA$250 or more before tax on rohojewels.com, valid 60 days after joining, can't be combined with other codes, and doesn't apply to Archive Sale pieces.
  • It's free to join, and you can unsubscribe anytime. Join the list.

Archive Sale

  • Our last pieces in solid 18K gold are 25% off while they last. Sale prices are shown on each piece; 30-day returns and the holiday returns above still apply.
